1. Housing Structure
The pump features an integrally-molded high-strength GGG40 ductile iron housing, boasting a tensile strength of 400MPa. This superior pressure and impact resistance, combined with a unique heat dissipation fin design, enhances thermal exchange efficiency and guarantees long-term stable operation.
2. Gear Assembly
Constructed from 17CrNiMo6 alloy steel and carburized and quenched to a surface hardness of 65HRC, the gears offer exceptional wear resistance. The high-precision helical tooth design ensures a transmission ratio error of < 0.5%, enabling smooth operation with a noise level as low as 72dB(A).
3. Sealing System
Equipped with a dual-lip PTFE primary seal and carbon fiber auxiliary seal, the pump withstands temperatures from -40°C to 150°C and maintains zero leakage at up to 35MPa. It is compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids.
4. Intelligent Monitoring Interface
Pre-installed interfaces for pressure and temperature sensors support real-time data collection, facilitating system monitoring and fault prediction, thus improving equipment maintenance efficiency.
