The working principle of variable vane pumps is similar to that of fixed displacement vane pumps, mainly through the relative motion of rotor, vane and eccentric sleeve to complete the suction, compression and discharge of liquid. However, the variable vane pump is characterized by its vane eccentricity can be adjusted to change the displacement of the pump. By adjusting the angle of inclination of the vanes, variable vane pumps are able to change the displacement in real time according to the load demand, ensuring that the hydraulic system is able to provide the appropriate flow rate and pressure under different operating conditions. A pressure adjustment device within the pump ensures that the pump automatically limits pressure in the event of overpressurization, while the flow adjustment device automatically adjusts the flow rate according to system demand.
