Features
Housing: Constructed from GG25 cast iron with a tensile strength ≥250 MPa, the integral housing ensures high-pressure resistance, thermal stability, and minimizes leakage points.
Gears: Made of 16MnCr5 alloy steel, carburized and quenched to 60±2 HRC. The helical tooth profile reduces pulsation, noise, and vibration.
Bearings: Duocast bronze alloy bushings with pressure-actuated lubrication self-adjust the clearance, extending service life.
Seals: Multi-lip PTFE seals combined with nitrile backup rings offer excellent leak prevention and compatibility with various hydraulic fluids.
Inlet & Outlet: Optimized port geometry reduces pressure drop by 15% compared to conventional designs, enhancing transmission efficiency.
