Robust Housing: Constructed from GG35 ductile iron (tensile strength: 350MPa), the one-piece casting minimizes leakage risks while enhancing heat dissipation.
Precision Gears: 20CrMnTiH alloy steel gears, carburized to 58 - 62HRC, paired with helical teeth, reduce noise to 75dB(A) and optimize flow control.
Advanced Sealing: Multi-lip PTFE main seal and NBR backup rings maintain zero leakage at 30MPa, operating reliably from -30°C to 130°C across various hydraulic fluids.
Intelligent Lubrication: Self-lubricating bronze bushings adapt lubrication based on load, extending bearing life and cutting maintenance costs.
