Second, hydraulic components may cause pollution due to poor storage and handling. In the production process of the tank, rust, paint and dust may accumulate, and although the tank is cleaned before use, many pollutants are difficult to see with the naked eye. Contaminants can be introduced into the system during the installation of hoses, pipes and fittings.
Three, the new oil will contain some unexpected pollutants. Measures must be taken to filter out contaminants as soon as possible, otherwise failure may occur soon after the equipment is put into operation, and the early failure is often very serious, some components such as hydraulic oil pumps, hydraulic motors may be fatal damage.
