1. The five-piston structure with eccentric shaft and lower excitation frequency is adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise;

2. Large starting torque, good low-speed stability, and can run smoothly at very low speeds;

3. The patented plane compensation oil distribution plate has good reliability and less leakage; the piston and the plunger sleeve are sealed with a sealing ring, so it has a high volumetric efficiency;

4. The crankshaft and the connecting rod are supported by rollers, so it has high mechanical efficiency;

5. The direction of rotation is reversible, and the output shaft is allowed to bear certain radial and axial external forces;

6. It has a high power-to-mass ratio and relatively less volume and weight.
 

 

The plunger cylinder through the pressure oil is acted by the hydraulic pressure to generate thrust P on the plunger body. The thrust acts on the center of the crankshaft through the connecting rod, so that the output shaft rotates, and the oil distribution plate rotates with it. When the position of the plunger body reaches the bottom dead center, the plunger cylinder is connected to the oil return port from the oil distribution plate. The plunger is pushed up by the crankshaft. At this time, the hydraulic oil after the work is returned to the oil tank through the oil distribution plate. Each plunger body is connected to high and low pressure oil in turn, and the driving torque generated by each plunger body to the center of the output shaft is added in the same direction, so that the motor output shaft can obtain a continuous and stable rotating torque. When the direction of oil flow is changed, the direction of rotation of the motor can be changed. If the oil distribution plate is rotated 180° to assemble, the motor can also be reversed.
