HLN HLM Series Gearbox For Injection Moulding Machine

HYLEMAN HLN/HLM series gearboxes are specially designed for injection moulding machines and servo energy-saving systems. The series provides reliable power transmission, high load capacity, stable operation, and low noise performance for plastic injection machinery.

The gearbox casing is made of ductile cast iron QT450 or welded steel. The gears are manufactured from case-steel type 18CrNiMo7-6 with helical tooth design, ground to DIN 6 quality level for high efficiency and smooth transmission. Bearings are selected from high-quality tapered roller bearings or spherical roller bearings to ensure stable performance under heavy-duty working conditions.
