1. Core Working Principle
The HG series operates on the internal gear pump mechanism, which involves two gears and a crescent-shaped spacer:
Components:
Outer Rotor (Internal Gear): A larger gear with internal teeth.
Inner Idler Gear: A smaller gear with external teeth, eccentrically positioned inside the outer rotor.
Crescent-Shaped Spacer: A stationary partition that separates the inlet and outlet ports and ensures fluid sealing during rotation
Process:
Fluid Intake: As the outer rotor rotates (driven by a motor), the inner idler gear rotates in the same direction. The separation of teeth at the inlet side creates expanding cavities, drawing fluid into the pump
Fluid Trapping: The crescent-shaped spacer isolates the inlet and outlet zones. Fluid is trapped in the cavities formed between the outer rotor, inner idler, and crescent
Fluid Transport: As rotation continues, the trapped fluid is carried around the pump casing toward the outlet.
Fluid Discharge: At the outlet side, the meshing of the gears reduces cavity volume, forcing fluid out under pressure

Self-Priming Capability: Efficiently evacuates air from suction lines without external priming
High Viscosity Handling: Suitable for fluids ranging from 10–300 cSt, including hydraulic oils, lubricants, and shear-sensitive materials like adhesives
Modular Design: Available in single or double-pump configurations (HG0, HG1, HG2 series) for flexible integration into hydraulic systems
