Adopts a five-piston design paired with an eccentric shaft. This configuration reduces excitation frequency, resulting in minimal operational noise.
Boasts high starting torque and excellent low-speed stability, enabling smooth operation even at extremely low rotational speeds.
Equipped with a patented planar compensating valve plate for strong reliability and reduced leakage. A sealing ring between the piston and plunger sleeve further enhances volumetric efficiency.
Utilizes roller bearings for the crankshaft and connecting rod assembly, ensuring high mechanical efficiency during operation.
Supports reversible rotation. Its output shaft is also capable of withstanding moderate radial and axial external forces.
Offers a high power-to-mass ratio, with a more compact volume and lighter weight compared to comparable models.
Structural Principle
When pressure oil enters the plunger cylinder, it exerts hydraulic thrust (P) on the plunger body. This thrust is transmitted to the crankshaft center via the connecting rod, driving the output shaft into rotation-with the valve plate rotating synchronously.
As the plunger body reaches bottom dead center, the plunger cylinder switches from the pressure oil port to the oil return port via the valve plate. The crankshaft then pushes the plunger upward, and the hydraulic oil (after completing work) is routed back to the oil tank through the valve plate.
Each plunger body alternately connects to high-pressure and low-pressure oil. The driving torque generated by each plunger body on the output shaft center accumulates in the same direction, allowing the motor's output shaft to produce continuous, stable rotational torque.
Reversing the motor's rotation can be achieved in two ways: either by changing the direction of oil flow or by assembling the valve plate in a 180° rotated position.
